Pot apar\u00e8ixer febre superior als 38\u00ba i taques de Koplik a la mucosa bucal: petites taques amb el centre blanc i l\u2019ar\u00e8ola rosada.<\/li>\n<li>Uns tres dies m\u00e9s tard apareix l\u2019erupci\u00f3 vermellosa caracter\u00edstica de la malaltia. Aquesta erupci\u00f3 \u00e9s poc prominent i envellutada al tacte. Acostuma a iniciar-se darrere de les orelles i la cara, i s\u2019est\u00e9n a la resta del cos. No afecta els palmells de les mans ni la planta dels peus,i sol durar entre 4 i 7 dies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les complicacions m\u00e9s comunes inclouen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diarrea (8% dels casos)<\/li>\n<li>Otitis (7-9% dels casos)<\/li>\n<li>Pneum\u00f2nia (1-6% dels casos)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El risc de complicacions greus i mort \u00e9s m\u00e9s alt entre els infants de fins a 5 anys, els adults a partir de 20 anys i en poblacions amb problemes de nutrici\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019encefalitis, que pot causar dany cerebral permanent, es desenvolupa en 1 de cada 1.000-2.000 casos de xarampi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>La malaltia sol tenir una durada de 7 a 10 dies.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-panel panel-default panel-98b40e599b2fef8f4 fusion-toggle-has-divider\"><div class=\"panel-heading\"><h4 class=\"panel-title toggle\" id=\"toggle_98b40e599b2fef8f4\"><a aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"98b40e599b2fef8f4\" role=\"button\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordion-6278-1\" data-target=\"#98b40e599b2fef8f4\" href=\"#98b40e599b2fef8f4\"><span class=\"fusion-toggle-icon-wrapper\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><i class=\"fa-fusion-box active-icon awb-icon-minus\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><i class=\"fa-fusion-box inactive-icon awb-icon-plus\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"fusion-toggle-heading\">Com es transmet?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div><div id=\"98b40e599b2fef8f4\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse \" aria-labelledby=\"toggle_98b40e599b2fef8f4\"><div class=\"panel-body toggle-content fusion-clearfix\">\n<p>El xarampi\u00f3 \u00e9s una de les malalties v\u00edriques m\u00e9s contagioses.<\/p>\n<p>La malaltia es transmet per contacte directe amb les secrecions nasals i de gola de les persones infectades i, en menor mesura, per contacte amb objectes contaminats amb aquestes secrecions. Tamb\u00e9 es pot transmetre per les part\u00edcules suspeses a l\u2019aire, fet que explica que hi hagi molts contagis per via a\u00e8ria.<\/p>\n<p>Les persones infectades acostumen a ser contagioses des de 4 dies abans fins a 4 dies despr\u00e9s de l\u2019aparici\u00f3 de l\u2019erupci\u00f3 cut\u00e0nia.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-panel panel-default panel-6425428b1f4e766df fusion-toggle-has-divider\"><div class=\"panel-heading\"><h4 class=\"panel-title toggle\" id=\"toggle_6425428b1f4e766df\"><a aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"6425428b1f4e766df\" role=\"button\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordion-6278-1\" data-target=\"#6425428b1f4e766df\" href=\"#6425428b1f4e766df\"><span class=\"fusion-toggle-icon-wrapper\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><i class=\"fa-fusion-box active-icon awb-icon-minus\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><i class=\"fa-fusion-box inactive-icon awb-icon-plus\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"fusion-toggle-heading\">Quan s\u2019ha de consultar amb el metge\/essa?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div><div id=\"6425428b1f4e766df\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse \" aria-labelledby=\"toggle_6425428b1f4e766df\"><div class=\"panel-body toggle-content fusion-clearfix\">\n<p>Quan sospiteu de la malaltia. El metge\/essa \u00e9s l\u2019encarregat de fer el diagn\u00f2stic, determinar-ne el tractament i informar del cas als serveis de salut p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-panel panel-default panel-5f31c1382f040ed8f fusion-toggle-has-divider\"><div class=\"panel-heading\"><h4 class=\"panel-title toggle\" id=\"toggle_5f31c1382f040ed8f\"><a aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"5f31c1382f040ed8f\" role=\"button\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordion-6278-1\" data-target=\"#5f31c1382f040ed8f\" href=\"#5f31c1382f040ed8f\"><span class=\"fusion-toggle-icon-wrapper\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><i class=\"fa-fusion-box active-icon awb-icon-minus\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><i class=\"fa-fusion-box inactive-icon awb-icon-plus\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"fusion-toggle-heading\">Com es pot prevenir?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div><div id=\"5f31c1382f040ed8f\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse \" aria-labelledby=\"toggle_5f31c1382f040ed8f\"><div class=\"panel-body toggle-content fusion-clearfix\">\n<p>La millor manera de prevenir la malaltia \u00e9s vacunar-se. La vacuna contra el xarampi\u00f3 s\u2019administra com a part del Programa de vacunacions sistem\u00e0tiques a Catalunya. El calendari de vacunacions preveu 2 dosis: als 12 mesos i als 3 anys.<\/p>\n<p>Per evitar brots, la vacuna contra el xarampi\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 es recomana als adults i contactes estrets nascuts despr\u00e9s del 1966 que no hagin estat vacunats ni tinguin const\u00e0ncia d\u2019haver patit la malaltia. D\u2019aquest grup en queden excloses les dones embarassades, les persones amb un sistema immunol\u00f2gic d\u00e8bil i altres adults per qui la vacuna del xarampi\u00f3 est\u00e0 contraindicada. En cas de contacte amb un malalt de xarampi\u00f3, se\u2019ls administrar\u00e0 un altre tractament.<\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa als adults nascuts abans del 1966, es considera que van passar la malaltia durant la inf\u00e0ncia o adolesc\u00e8ncia i que s\u00f3n immunes a la malaltia.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-panel panel-default panel-22c29c4c223dd07a6 fusion-toggle-has-divider\"><div class=\"panel-heading\"><h4 class=\"panel-title toggle\" id=\"toggle_22c29c4c223dd07a6\"><a aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"22c29c4c223dd07a6\" role=\"button\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordion-6278-1\" data-target=\"#22c29c4c223dd07a6\" href=\"#22c29c4c223dd07a6\"><span class=\"fusion-toggle-icon-wrapper\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><i class=\"fa-fusion-box active-icon awb-icon-minus\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><i class=\"fa-fusion-box inactive-icon awb-icon-plus\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"fusion-toggle-heading\">Qu\u00e8 s\u2019ha de fer si apareix un cas de xarampi\u00f3?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div><div id=\"22c29c4c223dd07a6\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse \" aria-labelledby=\"toggle_22c29c4c223dd07a6\"><div class=\"panel-body toggle-content fusion-clearfix\">\n<p>El pacient de xarampi\u00f3 ha de quedar-se a casa i aplicar mesures d\u2019a\u00efllament respiratori.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00f2 vol dir que ha de fer servir mascareta, tapar-se la boca i el nas amb mocadors d\u2019un sol \u00fas quan tossi o esternudi, i rentar-se les mans sovint.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s important:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ventilar els espais.<\/li>\n<li>Rentar b\u00e9 les superf\u00edcies.<\/li>\n<li>No compartir objectes que puguin haver-se contaminat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Els pacients de xarampi\u00f3 no poden anar a l\u2019escola o a treballar fins 4 dies despr\u00e9s de l\u2019inici de l\u2019erupci\u00f3 cut\u00e0nia.<\/p>\n<p>Els contactes estrets que no puguin o vulguin vacunar-se s\u2019han d\u2019a\u00efllar a casa durant 21 dies a partir de l\u2019\u00faltim contacte amb la persona infectada.<\/p>\n<p>Cal informar dels casos de xarampi\u00f3 als serveis de salut p\u00fablica. Les Unitats de Vigil\u00e0ncia Epidemiol\u00f2gica dels Serveis Territorials de Salut de Catalunya i el Servei d&#8217;Epidemiologia de l\u2019Ag\u00e8ncia de Salut P\u00fablicade Barcelona s\u2019encarregaran de portar a termeles actuacions de prevenci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ries.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-2 fusion-sep-none
